Do the 10 hours expire?
Yes. You have 1 year from the date of purchase to use them.
Can I buy more hours after I use the 10?
Yes. Members can top up at the same rate.
Can I share the membership with a team member or assistant?
You can bring your team or your client to your booking. If you want to fully share a membership between multiple businesses, talk to us and we can set that up.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Members have cancellation protection. There are no fees or penalties for canceling or rescheduling, subject to studio availability.
Can non members still rent the studio?
Yes. The public can still book at public rates. Membership simply gives you better value and earlier booking.
What if I go overtime during my booking?
You can extend your booking, subject to availability.
Are lighting packages discounted for members?
Yes. Member pricing is available. Final structure is being set now, but members will always get a better rate than public.
